The Leadership Coaching & Training program focused on enhancing emotional intelligence, strategic leadership, and visionary thinking for the Managing Director and the BU Heads. Through a comprehensive workshop and 21-day micro-Coaching & Training sessions, participants gained valuable insights into managing high-pressure situations, boosting emotional resilience, and aligning personal goals with organizational objectives. A post-engagement follow-up ensured the effective application of key learnings.
